# Demo
There is no need to import demo content data in this theme, which prevents introducing redundant content to your website. An **easier** and **more flexible** solution is to use block patterns.
### Complete page patterns
> **⨁ → Patterns → select "Pages" category → choose pattern**
1. On the page/post edit screen (in the block editor) click the *block inserter* button (the **+** button in the upper left corner of the editor).
2. Switch to the "**Patterns**" tab.\
(*Optional*: click the Explore all patterns button at the bottom of the list of pattern categories to open the block pattern inserter pop-up window.)
3. Choose "**Pages**" category and select a content you want to insert into your page/post content.
