# Import Demo Content

In the downloaded file, extract the theme **zip** file, and you will find the **XML file** to import the sample data at the following path: **`Ncmaz-fse.zip -> libs -> ncmazfse.WordPress.2025-12-20.xml`**

Then you just need to go to your `WordPress -> Tools -> Import -> WordPress import -> Upload that XML file and import the data.`
