Setting Up Home and Blog Page
Navigate to Appearance → Customize → Homepage Settings (or you can also do this at Settings → Reading).
For the "Your homepage displays" option set "A static page".
Select your homepage and posts page from the dropdown lists. The posts page becomes your blog page.
