Global changes
Using template parts is ideal for modifying global theme sections that repeat across multiple templates.
Appearance → Editor → Patterns → Manage all template parts
Template parts are global areas of your website, such as site header, site footer, post comments area, or content of error 404 page. They are sections reused in the theme templates.
Updating content of a template part will update all of its occurrences across all templates at once. The theme provides you with a number of template parts allowing you to modify each section of the theme with ease.
