# Footer menus

### Add a menu columns for the footer menu <a href="#add-a-drop-down-menu-from-the-main-menu" id="add-a-drop-down-menu-from-the-main-menu"></a>

* From your Shopify admin, go to [**Online Store** > **Navigation**](https://admin.shopify.com/menus).
* Click the **footer-menu**
* Each top-level menu will represent 1 column in the footer and a maximum of 4 columns. The submenus of each column will be the submenus of the top menu
