Step 7. Import demo data

Once you have completed the steps above and your Ncmaz-faust project has connected to your WordPress site and is up and running, now it's time to import the demo data just like our demo site - https://ncmaz-faust.chisnghiax.com

(Of course, you can skip this step if you don't want these demo data and want to build your own.)

To import demo data, please follow these steps:

1. In the ncmaz-faust-core plugin file included in the download, locate the file: ncmaz-faust-core/inclues/xmls/all.xml

2. On your WordPress dashboard: Tools -> Import -> WordPress (Run Importer)

   

3. Upload the all.xml file then import all data. After the import is done, you will get all the data: Posts, pages, menus, etc.

4. Now check the Pages, you will notice there are 6 home pages (Home 1 to Home 6), and the home pages correspond to our demo home pages. Choose one of them and install it as your front-page. Settings -> Reading -> Your homepage displays -> A static page -> Home 1

5. Setting menus: Appearance -> menus -> Manage Locations -> Assign the Primary menu to Primary location, and assign Footer menu to the Footer location

   

6. That's it, you can now test your site. Hope it works well. Good luck!
