# Update theme manually

We strongly recommend always keeping your **Ncmaz** up to date. Backup **your website** and **theme folders** completely to make sure you have a restore point in case of any complications

### \*\* Update Ncmaz theme:

1. Go to Themeforest to download the latest version of **Ncmaz** theme.
2. Unzip the **ncmazAll.zip** file you've just downloaded from ThemeForest and locate the WordPress Theme (i.e. ncmaz.zip).
3. Navigate to **Appearance > Themes**
4. Click on **Add New** button on this page.
5. Click on the **Upload Theme** button.
6. Click **Choose File** and locate the new theme file on your device (***ncmaz.zip***).
7. Click **Install Now** button.
8. Click **Activate** button.
9. Navigate to *<mark style="color:orange;">**Appearance -> Install Plugin**</mark>***&#x20;-> Active/Update** the required plugins.
10. Done ✨
